Short, because this site sells nothing directly. It explains how we cater gatherings and lets you get in touch.
What this site is
bellpepperscuisine.com is the website of Bell Peppers – Royal Hyderabadi Cuisine. It exists to explain how we cater gatherings and to let you get in touch about yours. You cannot buy anything on it — there is no cart and no checkout, and we take no payment here.
Sending an enquiry is not a booking
When you send us an enquiry you are asking us a question, not placing an order and not reserving a date. Nothing is agreed until we have confirmed it with you directly and you have accepted the details, including the menu and the price.
Menu, prices and availability
- Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes
- Dishes may be unavailable seasonally or sell out
- Photographs and descriptions are indicative; food is cooked fresh and will vary
- Prices depend on the menu, guest count, service format and location, and are confirmed in writing before anything is agreed
No prices are published on this site. The price we confirm to you in writing is the one that applies.
Allergies and dietary requirements
Please tell us about any allergy when you order, every time. Do not rely on this website alone.
All our food is prepared in a single kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten and fish. We cannot guarantee any dish is free from traces of any allergen, and we do not describe any dish as allergen-free.
Dietary information appears on a dish only once our kitchen has confirmed it. Where it has not, the dish says so and asks you to speak to us — that is a real instruction, not a formality.
Recipes and suppliers change. Information accurate when published may not be accurate later, which is why the conversation when you order matters more than the page.
Using the site
Please do not:
- Submit the enquiry form automatically, in bulk, or with false details
- Attempt to gain access to any part of our systems you are not meant to reach
- Interfere with the site's operation or availability
- Copy our text, photographs or branding for commercial use without permission
We may block submissions that appear automated or abusive. Our brand name, logo, photography and written content belong to us.
Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere — a map, a review platform, a social profile — we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be reachable or error-free. If something looks wrong, please tell us — email catering@bellpepperscuisine.com and we will look into it.
Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
