Bell Peppers Cuisine (“Bell Peppers”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through bellpepperscuisine.com, why we collect it and how we protect it. - Catering & event enquiries: your name, phone number, event date, guest count and any notes you share.
- Feedback & ratings: your star rating, the dish you ordered, your comments and, optionally, your name.
- When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email: the details you choose to give us.
We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange your order or event.
- To improve our food and service.
- With your permission only, to publish your feedback and first name on our website as a guest review. Feedback is never published automatically.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we will not send you marketing messages unless you ask to receive them.
Where it is stored
Enquiries and feedback are stored securely in our Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Gmail), which may process data outside Canada, including in the United States. Only Bell Peppers staff who need the information to serve you can access it.
Third-party services
Our website links to or embeds services that have their own privacy policies: Google Maps (directions), Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and YouTube. When delivery partners launch, orders placed through them will be covered by their policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after your event or last contact, and feedback for as long as it is useful for improving our service. After that we delete it securely.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to remove a published review, at any time. You may also withdraw consent to our use of your information. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It may keep a small copy of our menu in your browser so the page loads faster on your next visit.
